Multiple solutions to satisfy as many needs. The automatic head change is the ideal solution to have 2 or more different heads available and to use them according to your needs and the different processing phases. This is made possible by the head locking/release automatic system designed by Donatoni. Configuring the DONATONI CR01 or CR02 robot with automatic head change means having a highly flexible and performing machine, specific for your needs and work requirements. It is possible to prepare your robot with different types of head: with an ISO40, ISO 50, M48 or M56 electrospindle, with suction cups for handling the pieces, with other devices or systems to optimize the work of your company.
Some solutions:
- Head nr.1 with ISO 40 18kW spindle for prototyping on polystyrene or wood and head nr.2 with ISO 50 24kW spindle to make the piece on stone.
- Head nr.1 with ISO 40 spindle for working on marble and head nr.2 with handling system for positioning pieces on pallets
- Head nr.1 with ISO 50 spindle for diamond tools and nr.2 head with spindle with M48 connection for disk
