Durability and consistent performance are a must for Donatoni. Each machine is designed using the best design and calculation software, such as FEM-ANSIS, which simulates finished elements and verifies loads, fatigue and mechanical stress on components to maximize their life.

All materials and components are subjected to accurate quality checks to verify compliance with Donatoni standards; for example, metal components are always checked by means of high-precision 3D measurement systems to detect any non-conformities.

Our machines are fully manufactured in our headquarters in Italy, in Sant’Ambrogio di Valpolicella. We have all production steps under control and test our machines before shipment.

Before it is delivered, each machine goes through a rigorous inspection process that consists in checks and tests. Vibration testing, measurement of machine energy absorption levels, prototype testing with a thermographic camera, temperature monitoring, noise measurement, and inspections of the installed software are standard checks a machine needs to pass to become a true Donatoni.

Proprietary patents, lubrication using an automatic greasing or oil-bath system, powerful high-quality electrospindles, latest generation brushless motors, zero backlash gearmotors, steel frames with oversize sections, highly resistant surface treatments: details do make a difference.

All Donatoni machines are designed and manufactured to be functional and user-friendly. All models are fitted with our Parametrix software, a user-friendly, intuitive tool that is constantly upgraded based on feedback and suggestions received from our customers. The secret is listening, discussing, evolving on the same line as the market, and adapting our solutions to it.
