The rigid self-supporting frame mounts all the main components of the machine, excluding the ancillary roller conveyors. The frame is made of electro-welded steel, painted for greater protection and durability, and consists of support shoulders, main frame where the belt conveyor runs, and adjustable feet.

This bench consists of a sturdy welded steel frame which mounts stainless steel spoilboards required for the workpiece feeding conveyor to travel. The belt conveyor is coated with wearproof rubber material.

The machine is supplied with a workpiece support bar that is extended and adjusted as needed to offer extra support for workpieces larger than the belt conveyor width.

This is a system of automatically-controlled pneumatic pressors rollers that help adapt to changes in workpiece thickness and process preassembled materials; the contact pressure of the pressors is adjusted using a precision regulator provided with a pressure gauge that is placed on the front panel of the machine.

This is a self-adjusting mechanical system, capable of producing seamless bevels, including on workpieces of irregular thickness. It can be set up automatically from the control panel or the work programmes for standardised and quicker setup operations.

This set of heads used to process flat cut edges consists of a sturdy machined steel frame that supports the machining heads. A tilting conrod system causes the entire head beam to swing by +/-1°, which is useful to improve the polishing level on hard materials. Each head is driven by a 1.5kW motor and can fit abrasive pads up to 150 mm in diameter. The head is started and its working pressure regulated independently.

The bevelling unit works on the top and bottom sides of the workpiece under the combined action of a diamond head and one or multiple abrasive heads. The diamond head is driven by a 2.2kW motor and features a self-regulating system to create seamless bevels, including on workpieces of irregular thickness. The abrasive head is driven by a 1.5kW motor and can fit abrasive pads up to 150 mm in diameter.

This is the instrument used to control, operate and programme the machine via an 18.5” touch screen mounted on a directable and extensible arm. Hard buttons are featured that help manage the work cycle: the operator uses these buttons to programme all machining operations in automatic mode and to manage some simple operations in manual mode. USB ports are included in the system to upload the work programmes.

This is an innovative system consisting in tanks placed along the entire bench perimeter for optimised collection and outflow of water used in the machining processes. The tank design is such that the work place is kept clean and dry, thus creating suitable conditions for seamless productivity.

Two precision sensors are installed to sense the thickness of the slab, as required to control the machining equipment and the workpiece geometry. This system helps optimised set-up of the relevant parameters by the software for greater machining accuracy.

This package is particularly suitable for handling so-called “boxed” pieces, meaning elements with glued reinforcements on their thickness, arranged in a non-uniform manner.
Thanks to this feature, the machine is able to automatically detect the configuration of the piece and adjust the pressure devices in real time, allowing correct passage and processing without manual intervention.
