This set of heads used to process flat cut edges consists of a sturdy machined steel frame that supports the machining heads. A tilting conrod system causes the entire head beam to swing by +/-1°, which is useful to improve the polishing level on hard materials. Each head is driven by a 1.5kW motor and can fit abrasive pads up to 150 mm in diameter. The head is started and its working pressure regulated independently.
